ELECTRODYNAMIC SHAKERS
DL Europa is the distributor of Dongling electrodynamic shakers, an high-level product for vibration and environmental tests with the climatic chambers, for applications in the automotive sector, railway, aerospace, medical research, and many others. Our systems are available from 1kN force up to 600kN, a wide variety of shakers, to afford any customer requirement. Dongling shakers can offer air cooling (up to 70kN) or water cooling (from 25kN) and the displacement of 2inches (51mm), 3 inches(76mm) of 4 inches (100mm) peak-to-peak, according to the customer needs. Another option is the availability to require a 3X force for very strong shock tests.
SLIP TABLE
Wide slip table variety with standard dimension from 300mm up to 2 meters or fully customizable for every demand, with the possibility to add a double slip table to electrodynamic shaker. Available in magnesium and aluminium alloy with three different bearings for optimal stability. In the case of environmental test with the climatic chamber, will be provided the thermal barrier.
HEAD EXPANDER
When the device is very large, Dongling head expanders are very useful. They will be mounted on shaker heads, to have a wider area. The head expanders are available with standard measures up to 2meters, with round or square design both with options of magnesium or aluminium alloy, depending on customer requirements. In case of heavy payloads, it’s possible to install auxiliary support and guidance, and in case of environmental test with the climatic chamber, will be provided also the thermal barrier.
